Sometimes issues arise. FlexDuty provides a fair dispute resolution process.

Before Filing

Try to resolve directly:
  1. Communicate clearly in project chat
  2. Specify what’s wrong
  3. Give expert chance to fix
  4. Involve platform ops for mediation

Filing a Dispute

If direct resolution fails:
  1. Go to your project
  2. Click Report Issue
  3. Select dispute type
  4. Provide evidence
  5. Submit

  1. Platform ops reviews claim
