Contracts & Agreements
CIIAA (Confidentiality Agreement)
The CIIAA is a standard agreement that covers:| Section | What It Covers |

The CIIAA must be signed before you can access project materials or begin work. This protects both you and the client.
Signing the CIIAA
- Navigate to the CIIAA in your project or via notification
- Review all sections carefully
- E-sign using your full legal name
- Receive a confirmation email with a PDF copy
Contractor Agreement
The contractor agreement is project-specific and includes:- Your hourly rate or fixed fee
- Project timeline and milestones
- Deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Payment terms
- Termination conditions
The Kick-off Process
