When You Sign

Key Terms
Independent Contractor Status
You are NOT an employee of FlexDuty. This means:- You control how and when you work
- You’re responsible for your own taxes
- You provide your own tools and equipment
- You can work for other clients
- No employment benefits from FlexDuty

Termination
Either party can terminate:- You: Can stop taking new projects anytime
- FlexDuty: Can terminate for policy violations
- Effect: In-progress projects may continue to completion
