Professional Summary - A compelling overview of your expertise
Expertise Areas - Your security specializations
Skills - Technical skills and tools
Experience - Years in the field
Certifications - Professional certifications (CISSP, OSCP, etc.)
Hourly Rate - Your billing rate
Availability - When you can start and weekly hours
Resume - PDF upload of your resume/CV

Your professional summary is the first thing clients see. Make it count!
“Senior Security Consultant with 10+ years of experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. Specialized in financial services and healthcare sectors. Led 50+ security assessments for Fortune 500 companies. OSCP, CISSP certified. Known for delivering actionable findings and working collaboratively with development teams to remediate issues.”

Rate Guidance:
  • Junior (0-3 years): $50-100/hour
  • Mid-level (3-7 years): $100-175/hour
  • Senior (7-12 years): $175-250/hour
  • Principal/Lead (12+ years): $250-400+/hour
Rates vary by specialization. Niche expertise commands premium rates.

Resume Upload

Upload your resume in PDF format only. Requirements:
  • Maximum file size: 10MB
  • Format: PDF only (not Word documents)
  • Should be text-based (not a scanned image)
Image-based PDFs (scanned documents) cannot be parsed by our system. Use a text-based PDF for best results.

  • Case studies (anonymized as needed)

Profile Visibility

Your profile becomes visible to clients once you:
  1. Complete all required fields (80%+ completion)
  2. Set up Stripe for payments
  3. Accept the platform terms

Best Practices

A clear, professional headshot increases trust. Avoid logos, group photos, or casual images.
Instead of “experienced in penetration testing,” say “conducted 100+ web application penetration tests for SaaS companies.”
Review your profile monthly. Add new certifications, update your summary, and adjust your rates as your experience grows.
Typos and grammatical errors make a poor impression. Have someone review your profile before publishing.
